Job summary

Ceto Talent is seeking a confident and organised Site Supervisor to oversee water main replacement and renewal works across Thames Valley. This hands-on role requires coordinating site teams, subcontractors and resources to deliver safely, on time and to quality standards.

You will have experience in infrastructure projects, with a strong understanding of water network operations, health and safety, and the practical delivery of mains renewal works.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising infrastructure projects, ideally water/utilities.
• Ability reading/interpretation of drawings and plans.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations for water main replacement and renewal.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and resources.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment.
• Maintain health, safety and environmental compliance on site.
• Liaise with clients, authorities and internal teams; provide updates.
• Monitor milestones, maintain site records and report progress.
• Lead and motivate site personnel; foster collaboration.
• Update on risks and delays to management.
• Ensure works meet project specs and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement in delivery.
• Monitor site expenditure and assist commercial team.
• Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
