Job summary

HomeServe is seeking a Water Supply Pipe Engineer in Torbay/Torquay to diagnose and repair leaks on water mains, lay and replace pipework, and manage sites with professional customer service. The role is field-based with autonomy in day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience working on water mains (repairs, installation, leak detection).
• Full UK driving licence with up to 6 penalty points.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing leaks on water mains.
• Laying and replacing pipework.
• Excavation and reinstatement work where required.
• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Representing HomeServe in customers' homes with professionalism and care.
