Job summary

YTL UK is seeking a Supervising role within the Mainlaying department to lead construction teams and ensure work meets safety, quality, time and cost standards. You will liaise with internal teams and external customers, delivering team briefs and toolbox talks while supporting practical site management and upholding health and safety best practices.

You will be well-organised, customer-focused and committed, with knowledge of water main replacement techniques and strong leadership abilities on

Qualifications

• Well-organised, customer-focused, and committed.
• Good knowledge of water main replacement techniques.
• Strong leadership and coordinating teams experience.
• Ability to communicate with customers/clients.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent health and safety knowledge.
• Full driving licence.
