Arcus FM is seeking a night shift Water Leak Technician on a permanent basis to carry out reactive and proactive water leak solutions on refrigeration equipment and pipework across all client stores in the South West London & Surrey areas.
You will be joining a friendly and dynamic team of professionals who are supportive, dedicated, and committed to improving processes to deliver the best service.
What You'll Be Doing
You will be responsible for executing reactive and proactive tasks safely and to a high standard. These include working on refrigeration-based condensate pipework, providing first-line responses to logged water leaks, identifying leak sources, repairing or replacing faulty pipework and components, clearing blockages, and maintaining internal drainage systems, drop-down pipes, and dairy pump trays as needed. You will diagnose faults and failures accurately and escalate issues when necessary.
You must complete jobs within SLA timeframes, meet relevant KPIs, and adhere to all health & safety procedures. Compliance with client site requirements is also essential.
Planning routes and managing daily workloads effectively is crucial. Keeping track of aged work orders and prioritizing them for completion, with a focus on first-time fixes, is expected.
