Are you happy to work nights, Sun - Thurs (9hrs per night) and looking for a role within a progressive, forward-thinking company?

Arcus FM is seeking a night shift Water Leak Technician on a permanent basis to carry out reactive and proactive water leak solutions on refrigeration equipment and pipework across all client stores in the South West London & Surrey areas.

• Salary: £33,147 (including shift allowance of £3,595)
• Van (with option for personal use from day 1) and fuel card
• Up to 4% discretionary bonus scheme, subject to achievement of targets
• 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays

What You'll Be Doing

You will be responsible for safely carrying out reactive and proactive work on refrigeration-based condensate pipework, including identifying water leak sources, repairing or replacing faulty pipework or components, clearing blockages, and maintaining drainage systems. You will diagnose faults and failures, provide effective solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.

Ensuring jobs are completed within SLA timeframes, meeting KPIs, and complying with all health & safety procedures is essential. You will also adhere to client site requirements and plan routes and manage daily workload efficiently, prioritizing aged work orders with a first-time fix approach.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Experience with water leak or drainage works (advantageous)
• Basic plumbing knowledge
• Basic electrical knowledge (desired but not essential)
• Relevant trade or industry qualifications (desired but not essential)
• A full UK driving licence (essential)

Other Factors

• Ability to work nights
• Flexibility for Sunday shifts as required
• Sunday - Thursday, 45 hours per week
• On-call rota (1-4 or 1-8) depending on busy periods
