Job summary

Harmuns, a Windsor-based specialist in non-invasive water leak detection, is seeking a Water Leak Detection Technician to join our expanding team. Ideal coverage includes Guildford, Redhill, Leatherhead, Woking or surrounding areas, with a full-time role and training provided.

You will locate, access and repair leaks using modern equipment such as thermal imagers, tracer gas, acoustic listening devices and moisture meters, reporting findings with clear photographs.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in heating engineering and/or plumbing.
• Gas Safe registration, preferably.
• Strong technical knowledge and a practical, problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing directly with customers.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ideally own van and standard tools, though not essential.
• Experience working for a leak detection company preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Locate, access, and repair water leaks across heating and plumbing systems.
• Use non-invasive technology to identify leaks and report findings with photographs.
• Produce clear daily reports and maintain photographic evidence.
• Manage appointments and workload while working independently on site.
• Represent Harmuns with high workmanship and customer service.
