Job summary

OnSite is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple water, wastewater and inland waterway projects from our Northwest office. The role requires travel and site presence to ensure safe, timely and cost-effective delivery.

You will apply expertise in ECI, cost planning, programme development, contractual management and risk mitigation, while leading teams and coordinating stakeholders across regulators and clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex water, wastewater, flood defence, river engineering and inland waterway projects.
• Strong project and programme management skills with budgets, schedules, risks, resources and quality requirements.
• Solid commercial and contractual knowledge including NEC contract administration and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of water, wastewater, inland waterway and civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage execution plans, programmes, construction methodologies and logistics.
• Support pre-construction activities with buildability and value engineering input.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and interfaces.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, tender preparation, pricing strategies and contract administration.
