Qualifications

• Degree level or equivalent in engineering preferred.
• Significant project management and commercial awareness.
• Experience in CDM construction knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full construction project lifespan from design through final cost reconciliation.
• Monitor and manage project budgets.
• Stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners.
• Liaise with multiple teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
