Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience of working in Project Management or Team Supervision capacity within a SLP or Water Company.
• Experience in design and construction of potable water infrastructure.
• Good working knowledge of Water Industry NAV process.
• Strong knowledge of multi-utility asset standards such as NJUG.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with personnel management experience.
• Financial acumen with track record of budgeting.
• H&S knowledge and audits experience.
• Understanding of water regulatory standards and asset adoption/documentation requirements.
• Proficient in data reporting and asset delivery documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Water Projects are delivered per Leep’s processes and procedures.
• Oversee design activity by accredited third parties and log/report per GSOP.
• Manage project budgets, track performance and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain financial controls: PO management, invoice review, variance reporting.
• Audit sites and partners; drive issue resolution using company systems.
• Coordinate asset handover with documentation and contracts; ensure commissioning standards meet regulatory requirements.
• Provide ad hoc operational support to SPM and Head of Project Delivery.
• Ensure assets are delivered to high industry standards.
