Job summary

VGC is seeking an experienced Agent to lead delivery of water and clean water infrastructure projects in West London. You will manage site operations, programme delivery, HSEQ compliance and stakeholder engagement to ensure works are completed safely, on time and within budget.

This role suits a civil engineering professional with a strong background in water treatment, water infrastructure or associated civil engineering projects, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating

Qualifications

• Experience delivering water treatment and clean water projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in live, operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of water and clean water treatment projects from start to finish.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, engineers and supervisors to ensure project execution.
• Drive HSEQ compliance across all activities.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigations to protect programme.
• Review and manage project costs, change control and variation opportunities.
• Produce and maintain construction programmes and project documentation.
