Job summary

AF ECO Ltd. in Havant is seeking a Project Engineer to deliver water-sector infrastructure projects from design through commissioning.

You will collaborate with project managers, designers, contractors and client representatives to ensure technical quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient execution across clean water, wastewater, and treatment-related works. Based at treatment works or regional sites, you will conduct site visits, support RAMS development, prepare O&M manuals and as-built

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the water sector (clean water, wastewater, pumping stations, networks, or treatment works).
• Strong understanding of water-industry standards, regulations, and project delivery frameworks.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver water-sector projects from design through commissioning.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors and clients to ensure timely delivery.
