Job summary

Kier Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Thorpe Park, Leeds, to support wastewater infrastructure and sewage treatment projects. You will work alongside the Project Manager to coordinate site activities, manage programme delivery, engage with stakeholders, and oversee project costs and regulatory compliance across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Experience within the utility sector supervising a team (EUSR SHEA Water).
Full driving licence required.
Strong IT skills and high organisation.
Efficient and professional with multitasking ability.
Excellent communication and promote wellbeing and inclusion within the team.

Responsibilities

Assisting with project planning and delivery, ensuring work is completed on time, safely and to specification.
Supporting engagement with key stakeholders including clients, regulators, local authorities and the supply chain.
Monitoring project budgets, cost forecasts and NEC4 contract administration.
Site monitoring to ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
Daily liaison with sub-contractors and coordination of design, procurement and construction activities.
