Job summary

Ganymede Solutions Ltd in London is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for water industry works on a long-term AMP8 programme. You will oversee day-to-day delivery, supervise subcontractors and site teams, and ensure safety, quality and programme compliance on water/wastewater projects.

This role requires UK site supervision experience, RAMS/permits knowledge, and certifications (CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS, EUSR Water Hygiene).

Qualifications

• Experience supervising site teams in UK water projects.
• Good RAMS, permits and site safety understanding.
• CSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS and EUSR Water Hygiene certified.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractors and site teams on water projects
• Coordinate daily site activities and fronts
• Ensure works meet drawings, specifications and RAMS
• Lead toolbox talks and site briefings
• Check permits and safe systems of work
• Monitor progress and report against programme
• Coordinate labour, plant and materials
• Carry out site inspections
• Maintain site records and daily reports
• Resolve day-to-day on-site issues
• Collaborate with engineers and project management
• Support quality inspections, testing and handover
• Maintain health, safety and environmental standards
