Future Select Recruitment is seeking an Operations Manager for Water Hygiene/Water Treatment based in Leeds. You will oversee a busy department, lead site staff, and provide daily technical leadership while ensuring contracts are delivered to a high standard.

You will liaise with clients, conduct competency checks, and drive training where needed, aiming to expand services and contract on-boarding with sales. A strong industry background and hands-on management experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Strong track record in Water Hygiene/Water Treatment.
• Experience supervising/managing teams of engineers.
• Excellent industry knowledge including ACOP L8 and HSG 274.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Proficient in IT software.
• Industry-related training courses ideal.
• Good literacy and numeracy skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily operations for Water Hygiene/Water Treatment outfit.
• Monitor progress of contracts and staff members.
• Complete competency checks and suggest training where needed.
• Attend client meetings on site and provide technical support.

Job Title: Water Hygiene / Treatment Operations Manager

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Salary/Benefits: 35k - 45k + Training & Benefits

A leading name within the Water Hygiene / Water Treatment industry is seeking a proactive and reliable Operations Manager to join their team. We are seeking someone with strong hands‑on experience with conducting compliance tasks, who can utilise their expertise to successfully oversee a busy department. Our client is open to considering candidates who have some management / supervisory experience who would like to move into an operational role. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, to ensure contracts are delivered to a high standard and within agreed scopes. In addition, you will lead a team of site staff, providing technical support and general guidance on a daily basis. Experience / Qualifications:

• Strong track record working within the Water Hygiene / Water Treatment industry
• Must have experience supervising / managing teams of engineers
• Excellent industry technical knowledge, including: ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Proficient in using IT software
• Ideally will hold industry-related training courses
• Good literacy and numeracy skills

The Role:

• Managing daily operations for a successful Water Hygiene / Water Treatment outfit
• Monitoring the progress of contracts / staff members
