Job summary

PTSG Water Treatment is recruiting for a field-based role covering Denbigh area. You will travel to customer sites to ensure water systems are safe and compliant, inspect and service vessels, and perform routine monitoring in line with HSG 274 Part 2.

A full UK driving licence, Legionella training, and experience with water safety are essential. You will use SimPRO to manage workloads, with additional responsibilities around problem spotting and proactive solutions while adhering to ACoP L8

Qualifications

• Full, clean UK driving licence required.
• City & Guilds Legionella Awareness Training or equivalent.
• Proven knowledge of water safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to ensure water systems are safe and compliant.
• Inspect and clean water storage vessels and lead tank chlorination where required.
• Install and service thermostatic mixing valves.
• Conduct routine monitoring per HSG 274 Part 2, including flushing outlets and descaling components.
• Monitor temperatures and perform sampling for closed water systems.
• Utilise SimPRO to manage workload and document actions.
• Maintain awareness of ACoP L8 and HSG274 requirements.
• DBS check and CTC clearance may be required.
