WATER HYGIENE TECHNICIAN, Southwest London / Central London

As our company grows, we are expanding our teams. We have a great opportunity for a dedicated Water Hygiene Technician to join our Environment & Safety Division and wear the SOCOTEC badge with pride.

We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and committed Water Hygiene Technician. As part of the Water Consultancy & Equipment Team, you should be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Travel will be a part of your daily responsibilities.

The tasks you will undertake include:

• Carry out cleaning and chlorination of water systems
• Service TMVs and Calorifiers
• Perform plumbing remedial work
• Support our Service Engineer team when needed
• Develop and maintain good relationships with clients

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

• Excellent reporting and communication skills
• Full UK driving license
• A positive attitude
• Good knowledge of water hygiene tasks and processes

About Water Consultancy & Equipment

Our Water Consultancy Team provides services such as statutory Water Hygiene tasks, chemical and microbiological analysis of systems like Cooling Towers, domestic water systems, and closed circuits. Our engineers manufacture equipment in-house, supported with CAD schematics and Revit files. We supply equipment such as reverse osmosis units, water softeners, and filtration services. SOCOTEC UK is BIM level 2 compliant in this area.
