Job description

Nemco Utilities has an exciting opportunity for a Water Hygiene Technician to join our team in Exeter. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

Nemco are independent building risk management consultants specialising in assisting organisations in the prevention and control of risks associated with fire, air quality, and waterborne pathogens, including those responsible for causing Legionnaires' disease.

Nemco currently provides ongoing management programmes to over 4,000 sites ranging from independent operators to heavy industrial and multi-site organisations across the UK and Ireland.

The Water Hygiene Technician Role

As our Water Hygiene Technician, you will be trained in all aspects of water hygiene risk management, including water monitoring and sampling, basic servicing, water system cleaning and disinfection, and Legionella Risk Assessments.

Our Ideal Candidate for Water Hygiene Technician
  • Willing to travel nationwide & have a full UK driving licence. (Company vehicle will be provided)
  • Previous experience of building inspection/maintenance, Water Regulations, or as a Water Hygiene Technician would be an advantage.
  • Willing to work independently on large client premises
