212 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer/Technician to join our client’s busy team in the United Kingdom. The role involves fieldwork, logging tasks, routine monitoring in line with ACoP L8, sampling, flushing, cleaning outlets, taking temperatures, inspecting tanks, and TMV servicing.

The candidate should have previous water hygiene experience, a valid UK driving licence, the ability to pass a DBS check, and strong communication and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in water hygiene or similar role.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Must pass a DBS check.
• Experience with monitoring and sampling is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Log admin tasks and paperwork (tablet provided).
• Perform routine monitoring in line with ACoP L8.
• Collect water samples from customer premises.
• Execute low use outlet flushing.
• Clean and descale shower heads and taps.
• Take water temperatures from outlets.
• Inspect water tanks.
• Conduct analysis from closed water systems.
• Service thermostatic mixing valves (TMV).
• Carry out localised disinfection of outlets.
