Job summary

212 Recruitment is supporting a client in recruiting an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer/Technician for a permanent role in the UK. The role involves sampling, cleaning, TMV servicing, and routine monitoring in line with ACoP L8, with a standard Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 schedule and occasional overtime.

Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and be able to pass a DBS check. Previous water hygiene or plumbing experience is preferred; training will be provided and a company van and

Qualifications

• Previous experience within the role essential.
• Must be able to pass a DBS check.
• Willingness to undertake site visits and training.

Responsibilities

• Log work through tablet and admin tasks.
• Routine monitoring in line with ACoP L8.
• Collect water samples from customer premises.
• Low use outlet flushing.
• Clean and descale shower heads and taps.
• Take water temperatures from outlets.
• Inspect water tanks.
• Conduct analysis from closed water systems.
• TMV servicing and localised disinfection of outlets.
