Sweetbriar is seeking an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer – Team Leader to drive a small team across residential, commercial, and specialist sites. You will combine technical expertise with leadership, ensuring water systems comply with HSG274 and ACOP L8 while guiding junior engineers.
The role combines hands-on work with supervisory responsibilities, including training, quality checks, and coordinating site activities.
We’re seeking an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer – Team Leader to join Sweetbriar. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Water Hygiene Engineer who is ready to take the next step into a supervisory role. You'll combine your hands-on technical expertise with the leadership and development of a small team of engineers, while carrying out and overseeing water hygiene, Legionella risk management and remedial works across residential, commercial and specialist client sites. You'll play a key role in ensuring water systems remain safe, compliant and effectively managed in line with HSG274, ACOP L8 and current industry best practice.
