Job summary

SER Limited in Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to join a growing team delivering Legionella compliance and water hygiene services across varied clients.

The role requires at least 18 months in the field, a full UK driving licence, and the ability to work independently or in a team, with on-the-job training and clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months' experience as a Water Hygiene Engineer.
• Good understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidance.
• Experience carrying out routine water hygiene tasks independently.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Temperature monitoring and water sampling.
• Showerhead and outlet descaling.
• TMV servicing and maintenance.
• Cold Water Storage Tank inspections and cleans.
• Disinfections.
• Accurate completion of site reports using electronic systems.
• Maintaining excellent customer relationships whilst on site.

Salary: Up to £30,000 (dependent on experience) plus company van, fuel card, credit card, phone, tablet, uniform, PPE, tool, pension and 25 days excluding bank holidays
