Job summary

Fern Recruitment Limited is seeking a Water Hygiene Engineer to join our health and safety consultancy team. You will work with clients across the UK including healthcare, industrial, education and offices.

The role offers training and progression toward City & Guilds qualifications, a competitive salary (£27k-£33k), a van, benefits, and travel time incorporated into the day.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Water Hygiene Engineer
• Experience in temperature monitoring, sampling, tank cleans and TMV servicing
• Experience in disinfections, expansion vessels and mains injections beneficial - training provided
• DBS checked (Enhanced)

Responsibilities

• Legionella compliance monitoring
• Water sampling, monitoring and temperature testing
• TMV servicing and maintenance
• Tank inspections and cleans
• Showerhead and tap descales
• Ensuring all sites are compliant to ACOP L8 & HSG274 guidelines

Health and Safety Consultancy who cover the public and commercial sector are actively looking for a Water Hygiene Engineer to join the team and work on a range of clients across the UK including healthcare, industrial, education and offices.

Joining a team of 10, this Water Hygiene Engineer role is the perfect opportunity for a candidate who is looking for further training opportunities and the option to progress within the business picking up various City and Guilds qualifications along the way.

Skill Set Summary for the Water Hygiene Engineer

• 3+ years working as a Water Hygiene Engineer and ideally be working for a private sector water consultancy.
• Be experienced in temperature monitoring, sampling, tank cleans and TMV servicing.
• Experience in disinfections, expansion vessels and mains injections beneficial - training provided
• DBS checked (Enhanced)
