Fern Recruitment Limited is seeking a Water Hygiene Technician/Water Hygiene Engineer based in Hemel Hempstead to support projects in London and surrounding areas. The role includes TMV servicing, water sampling and temperature monitoring across schools, healthcare, retail and offices with full training provided and a company van.

Experience in water hygiene is essential; driving licence required. Training in City & Guilds water hygiene and legionella will be provided, and a pension/health

Qualifications

• Previous experience in water hygiene is essential.
• Strong understanding of TMVs, sampling, and monitoring processes.
• Any experience in cooling towers, steam boilers and closed systems sampling & analysis beneficial.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Tank inspections and cleans
• Attend training courses on cooling towers, closed systems and steam boilers
• Maintain and update site logbooks in line with industry standards.

• Adhere to all safety protocols, maintaining the high standards of the business.

Water Hygiene and Treatment specialist who cover sites across the UK are expanding their southern division due to new projects. They currently require a Water Hygiene Technician / Water Hygiene Engineer to focus on projects in the London/North London area.

The Water Hygiene Engineer role will involve working on new and existing contracts across schools, health care, retail, offices, and hotels, work is planned to enable sensible site coverage, and you will work in a pair or individually dependent on the project requirements.

Key responsibilities for the Water Hygiene Technician / Water Hygiene Engineer will include:

• TMV servicing (removal, service and refitting)
• Water sampling and temperature monitoring
• Shower/Tap descales
• Tank Inspections and Cleans
• Attend training courses on cooling towers, closed systems and steam boilers
• Maintain and update site logbooks in line with industry standards.
• Work collaboratively within a team and independently.

The Water Hygiene Technician / Water Hygiene Engineer role will come with full training and provide you with City & Guilds training in water hygiene and legionella. In addition, a company van is provided which can be used for private use, a pension, health scheme and a company related bonus.
