Are you an ambitious Water Hygiene professional looking for the opportunity to build and ultimately lead a new division?
Golden Fox Recruitment is working exclusively with a long-established specialist water business with over 30 years' experience and operations worldwide, as they look to establish a dedicated Water Hygiene division within their UK business.
They already have an established UK customer base across healthcare, education, MOD, MOJ and the private sector, creating significant opportunities to introduce Water Hygiene services through existing relationships.
The clients, infrastructure and opportunities are already there.
They now need somebody with the technical knowledge, commercial understanding and drive to help turn those opportunities into a successful Water Hygiene operation.
This is not a traditional Water Hygiene management position where you will simply inherit an existing team and portfolio.
Initially, the role will be hands-on. You will be responsible for:
As workload increases, the intention is to build additional resource around you, allowing you to gradually step away from day-to-day delivery and ultimately take responsibility for the UK Water Hygiene division nationally.
They aren't necessarily looking for somebody who is already heading up a large Water Hygiene division.
More important is finding somebody with the knowledge, ambition and attitude to step up, take ownership and build something.
Ideally, you will have:
Legionella Risk Assessment experience would be highly beneficial, while HTM 04-01 / healthcare experience would also be advantageous.
You may currently be working as a Water Hygiene Contracts Manager, Technical Manager, Supervisor, Senior Water Hygiene Engineer, Legionella Risk Assessor or Water Hygiene Consultant and feel ready to take the next step.
This is a rare opportunity to join an established specialist business and build rather than inherit.
They are looking for somebody who is technically credible but equally hungry, adaptable, comfortable with technology and excited by the opportunity to bring new ideas into the business.
If you've reached the point where you want more ownership, more autonomy and the opportunity to put your own stamp on something, this could be an excellent next step.
