Are you an experienced sales professional in the water treatment/hygiene industry looking for a new challenge? Join our innovative and thriving company as an Account Manager and become a key player in our expanding Service and Maintenance division. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, allowing you to balance field-based activities with remote work.

About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be pivotal in managing and developing relationships with both existing and new consultant accounts. This field-based role requires offering technical advice, providing exceptional service, and driving business development objectives while enjoying the flexibility of hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service.
– Provide clients with expert technical advice and support.
– Manage client accounts to achieve business development goals and contribute to the growth of the company.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the water hygiene sector.
– Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
– Conduct regular site visits to ensure client satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
– Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.

About You
– Industry Experience: You have a solid background in sales and account management within the water treatment/hygiene industry.
– Communication Skills: You possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
– Flexibility: You are willing to travel as needed to meet with clients and embrace hybrid working.
– Driving Licence: You hold a full UK driving licence.
