Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Water Field Technician to join a large utilities group. The role is field-based, covering a Winchester-based regional patch including Southampton, Portsmouth, Basingstoke and surrounding areas. You will undertake pressure and flow readings and support drinking water quality.

Offering £36-37K, a company vehicle, on-call allowance, 25 days holiday and an excellent pension, with training and career development opportunities and salary progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in the water industry.
• Customer-facing experience.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
• Tickets: Water Hygiene, SHEA Water, or CSCS.
• UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide field support to water assets and ensure drinking water quality.
• Undertake internal measurements and external pressure and flow readings.
• Effectively manage the work schedule.
• Cover regional patch including Winchester, Southampton, Portsmouth and surrounding areas.

Water Field Technician

Field based: You should be based in the Winchester area and be willing to cover a regional patch including Southampton, Portsmouth, Basingstoke and surrounding areas

£36-37K plus Vehicle and on call allowance, excellent pension, 25 days holiday

8.30-5 Mon-Fri plus one in four on call rota

Are you an experienced water industry professional, looking to work for a large, growing utilities group, in a role offering training, long term career development and salary progression

The role is field based covering a regional patch. There are opportunities to increase earnings through the on call rota and a vehicle is provided (this currently averages out as a further £3000 on top of the basic salary.

To provide field support to the companies water assets and ensue good quality drinking water.

1. Experience of working in the water industry
2. Experience of dealing with customers
3. Knowledge of health and safety standards

5. UK driving licence
