Job summary
Construkt RS is seeking a hands-on Technical Delivery Manager to own water-efficiency projects from site surveys through design, installation, commissioning and handover. You will translate on-site findings into practical solutions, produce specifications and BoQs, and ensure on-site delivery meets high standards.
The role requires strong commercial awareness, problem-solving skills and the confidence to make technical decisions while coordinating clients, contractors and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Plumbing or mechanical services knowledge and water systems experience.
- Knowledge of water-efficiency technologies or building services.
- Experience in site surveys, technical specification and installation.
- Experience supervising contractors and delivering projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and assess plumbing, water systems, flow rates and pressures.
- Identify and develop practical water-efficiency solutions.
- Produce technical specifications, scopes of work, BoQs and material schedules.
- Support project costing, contractor quotations and Investment Grade Proposals.
- Manage project mobilisation, delivery, commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate plumbers, engineers and specialist subcontractors.
- Monitor quality, programme, costs and Health & Safety.
- Resolve technical issues and manage variations.
- Prepare handover documentation and identify maintenance opportunities.
