Job summary

MWH Treatment is seeking a Programme Manager in the Thames Region (Guildford Area) with hybrid working. You will lead the overall direction, coordination, and delivery of complex water and wastewater design and build projects, ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction from tender to final handover.

The role requires strong leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, robust contract management, and excellent stakeholder engagement to deliver on time, cost and quality objectives in line with

Qualifications

PM experience leading multi-disciplinary design and construction projects.
Ability to work with clients, stakeholders and end users.
Delivery-driven with ability to set targets and manage teams.

Responsibilities

Promote safety and delivery quality standards for direct and subcontracted teams.
Ensure BMS is implemented from tender to final completion.
Maintain strong client relationships and uphold company reputation.
Manage relationships with joint venture partners and suppliers.
Plan projects, review the PEP, and monitor delivery.
Prepare and approve detailed construction plans and method statements.
Ensure records per the PEP are complete at contract completion.
Forecast and manage commercial aspects, costs and estimates.
