Job summary

Southern Water is recruiting a Water Efficiency Coordinator to support the Water Efficiency Programme. You will coordinate appointments with Field Engineers, maintain records, and assist with communications, budgeting and reporting.

The role offers hybrid work between office and home, with the primary office in Durrington, 37 hours per week, and a permanent contract. Salary up to £30,000 per annum, with progression opportunities within a growing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, coordination or business support.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills across Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointments and field activity within the Water Efficiency Programme.
• Maintain accurate programme and customer records; monitor work queues.
• Support reporting, budgeting, and purchasing processes.
• Assist with customer communications and meeting administration.
• Coordinate materials and invoices where required.
