Job summary

FM Conway is recruiting for a Supervisor to join our Water and Drainage division in Sittingbourne, Kent. You will oversee site operations, coordinate resources, inspect sites, supervise a team and plan upcoming projects to ensure smooth workflow.

The role requires on-site leadership, knowledge of drainage gully cleaning and jetting, and compliance with health and safety regulations. A CSCS card, UK driving licence, and relevant safety qualifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising on-site operations and coordinating resources.
• Knowledge of drainage gully cleaning and jetting.
• Experience coordinating transport operations.
• Understanding of health and safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor works for invoicing purposes and submit supporting documentation.
• Ensure clear team communications.
• Address immediate performance issues or escalation.
• Maintain and build strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver works to programme.
