FM Conway is seeking a Supervisor for the Water and Drainage division, based in Sittingbourne, Kent. The role involves supervising site operations, coordinating resources, inspecting sites and planning projects to ensure smooth workflow.

A full-time permanent position with responsibilities across invoicing, documentation, and client liaison. The candidate should possess drainage gully cleaning and jetting knowledge, and hold a CSCS card, a full UK driving licence, a health and safety

Qualifications

• CSCS card, full UK driving licence and a health and safety qualification are essential.
• SSSTS and a high-pressure water jetting certification are required.
• Knowledge of drainage gully cleaning and jetting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and coordinate on-site resources to ensure smooth workflow.
• Inspect sites and supervise a team to deliver projects on schedule.
• Monitor works for invoicing and complete supporting documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and liaise with stakeholders to deliver works to programme.

Job description

FM Conway is recruiting for a Supervisor to join our Water and Drainage division. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, coordinating on site resources, inspecting sites, supervising a team and planning upcoming projects to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. The is a full time permanent position based in Sittingbourne, Kent.

The duties of the Supervisor will include:

• Monitoring works for invoicing purposes and completing and submitting all supporting documentation
• Ensuring all team communications are carried out and are understood
• Managing any immediate performance issues, referring any that require escalation
• Maintaining and building excellent client relationships
• Liaising with relevant stakeholders, ensuring the site works are coordinated and projects are delivered to programme

We are looking for a Supervisor who has knowledge of drainage gully cleaning and jetting. You will have experience in coordinating transport operations and a good understanding of health and safety legislation. It is essential that you have a CSCS card, full UK driving licence, a health and safety qualification, SSSTS and a high-pressure water jetting certification.
