Job summary

Pertemps Thames Water is seeking a Design Estimator for a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Reading with hybrid working. You will produce designs and quotations for water connections, manage enquiries, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance.

Ideal candidates will have an engineering or STEM qualification, strong organisational skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate designs and quotations for new water connections.
• Respond to customer enquiries and collaborate with internal teams.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to deliver outstanding service.
• Deliver high-quality, compliant work aligned with regulations and targets.
• Identify and drive improvements in processes to enhance the customer journey.
• Comply with CDM regulations and Health & Safety legislation.
