Thames Water Ltd. is seeking a Design Estimator to support the delivery of new water connections, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to completion.

You will work with internal teams and external stakeholders, managing enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with company processes and regulatory standards. You will produce accurate designs and quotations, respond to enquiries, and build strong relationships to deliver high-quality, compliant work.

Responsabilidades

• Produce accurate designs and quotations for new water connections.
• Respond to customer enquiries and collaborate with internal teams to deliver new connections.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Deliver high-quality, compliant work that aligns with company processes, regulatory standards, and targets.
• Identify and drive improvements in processes to enhance the customer journey.
• Ensure full compliance with CDM regulations and Health & Safety legislation.
