Job summary

Stantec is offering a Level 6 Civil Engineer - Water apprenticeship in High Wycombe. You will join a UK-wide discipline of around 335 civil and structural engineers and be part of a locally supportive High Wycombe team of about 33 colleagues.

The role focuses on delivering water infrastructure projects for Thames Water, with training to gain a Level 6BEng Civil Engineering degree through partnered providers.

Qualifications

• Minimum entry requirements as listed: GCSEs including Math and English (5 subject grades 5-6)
• Maths grade B or above, plus at least one other analytical science subject
• Alternative qualifications may be considered per entry requirements

Responsibilities

• Support engineering activities from feasibility to construction
• Produce detailed calculations, analyses and drawings
• Use AutoCAD, Civil 3D and similar software for design solutions
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, bids and proposals
• Provide technical input to the project team and attend client meetings

A level: BBC (Maths B)

BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma: DMM

Scottish Highers: 4 Higher (Maths included)

Irish Highers: H3/H3/H3/H3

International Baccalaureate: 32/655
