Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking a Water / Air Commissioning Engineer to join a growing contractor with nationwide reach, especially the South East. The role is based around Croydon with travel to a broad range of sites across London and surrounding areas.

You will balance AHUs, commission systems to CIBSE standards, produce reports and drawings, and liaise with clients. CSA grades preferred; electrical background is a bonus. Benefits include a company vehicle, pension and annual leave.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Water / Air Commissioning Engineer.
• CSA grades or working towards tickets preferred.
• Fully conversant in CIBSE guidelines.
• Electrical background would be a bonus but not essential.
• Adaptable to travel requirements.
• Good literacy and numeracy.
• Proficient using IT software.

Responsibilities

• Completing water / air balancing on AHUs, supply/extract, fan coil, primary and secondary MVHR systems.
• Commissioning and validating water / air / hvac systems to CIBSE standards.
• Verifications and auditing on AHUs.
• Creating detailed technical reports and technical drawings.
• Travelling in line with company needs.
• Maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
• Providing project updates and technical advice to clients.
• Working from blueprints.
• Supporting training engineers.

Job Title: Water / Air Commissioning Engineer

Location: Croydon, Greater London

Salary/Benefits: £30k - £48k + Training & Benefits

Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Water / Air Commissioning Engineer to join their successful and growing outfit. They have a presence nationwide and a particular stronghold in the South East of England. Ideally, candidates will be based with good access to the M25 for easier travel to commercial, domestic and public sector client sites. It is preferred that candidates will hold CSA grades, or will be working towards completion of tickets. Experience / Qualifications:
