Overview

Job Title: HVAC Commissioning Manager

Location: Slough, Berkshire

Salary/Benefits: £40k - £72k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for a HVAC Commissioning Manager in the South East of England. Applicants must have previous hands-on experience, undertaking commissioning on HVAC systems in addition to water and air balancing. You will suit this role if you are able to manage teams of engineers, allocate and plan projects and facilitate the successful delivery of HVAC Commissioning projects. It is essential that applicants have good organisational skills and a good client-facing manner.

Experience / Qualifications

• Able to travel in line with company requirements

The Role

• Overseeing daily operations of HVAC Commissioning projects
• Being a key point of contact for clients, answering queries and providing updates on projects
• Planning work schedules and allocating works
• Managing teams of site staff
• Training engineers and facilitating further development
• Competency checks on engineers
• Ensuring contracts run to agreed scope and timescales
• Completing regular progress reports
• Being a key part of the recruiting process, interviewing and on-boarding new engineers
• Attending sites to scope for projects and conduct risk assessments
• Working closely with directors to monitor progress of projects
