Job summary

Future Select Recruitment is seeking an experienced HVAC Commissioning Engineer for roles in Ilford and the Southeast. The engineer will commission HVAC, water and air systems, balance MVHR/AHU systems, and prepare detailed test packs and reports.

The ideal candidate will hold CSA grades, be familiar with CIBSE guidelines, and be flexible to travel to multiple sites. Strong IT literacy and client-facing skills are required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as HVAC Commissioning Engineer.
• CSA grades are preferred.
• Good knowledge of CIBSE guidelines.
• Good literacy and numeracy proficiency.
• Proficient using IT software; able to use reports.
• flexible to travel as required by the project.

Responsibilities

• Commission HVAC, water and air systems across a range of premises.
• Balance air and water systems across MVHR, AHU, fan coil and supply systems.
• Produce test packs for installed systems.
• Witness completed systems and verify results against specs.
• Work from schematic drawings and blueprints to implement commissioning tasks.
• Provide technical feedback and project updates to clients.
• Create bespoke technical reports for stakeholders.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout projects.
• Work in line with project deadlines and safety standards.
