Job summary

Watch Repair UK is seeking an experienced watchmaker to join our independent, brand-authorised workshop in the Forest of Bowland. You will perform complete mechanical and quartz services, diagnose faults and repair luxury-brand watches, and contribute to setting up our workshop for future capabilities.

A welcomed WOSTEP/BHI qualification or strong practical experience is valued; Omega, Rolex, TAG Heuer, Breitling experience is a plus.

Experienced Watchmaker – £35,000–£40,000

Dunsop Bridge, Ribble Valley | Full-time | Permanent | On-site

Watch Repair UK is an established independent, brand-authorised workshop in the Forest of Bowland. For more than 15 years, we have serviced, repaired and restored watches ranging from everyday pieces to luxury Swiss brands, including authorised-brand work.

We are looking for an experienced watchmaker who takes pride in accurate, dependable workmanship and would enjoy playing an important role in the development of a growing independent workshop.

The work

• Complete mechanical and quartz watch services
• Fault-finding, diagnostics and repair
• Chronograph testing and repair
• Pressure testing, regulation and final quality control
• Crown, glass and pusher replacement
• Work across a varied range of Swiss and luxury brands
• Sharing knowledge with developing watch technicians
• Helping improve workshop methods and develop our future brand capabilities

About you

A WOSTEP, BHI or equivalent qualification would be welcomed, but strong practical experience and consistently high-quality work are equally important. Previous Omega, Rolex, TAG Heuer, Breitling or other luxury-brand training or service experience would be particularly valuable.

You will be comfortable working independently while contributing to a close-knit team, and you will treat every customer’s watch with care and professional judgement.
