Job summary

Watch Lab, part of the Timpson Group, is seeking a Watch Sales Technician at our Bristol branch. The role combines watch sales with repair work, delivering exceptional customer service in a busy retail environment. The 40-hour week offers growth in a family-run, craft-focused business with strong team support.

You’ll engage customers, learn product knowledge daily, and contribute to branch success while enjoying opportunities for progression and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail or service roles.
