Job summary

Subdial is seeking an Operations Intern to join the team at our Farringdon HQ. This in-person role focuses on shipping watches, preparing and sending out orders accurately, securely and on time for daily courier collections.

The six-month fixed contract runs Monday to Friday at the Subdial Clubhouse in London. You will work hands-on in a fast-paced environment, with potential to transition to full-time and to develop hands-on logistics and buyer liaison skills.

Qualifications

• Six-month fixed contract with potential to continue full-time.
• In-person role at Subdial Clubhouse, Farringdon, London, five days a week.
• Salary £26,500 per annum; right to work in the UK required.
• Role involves shipping watches, order prep, and liaising with buyers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send out orders with accurate contents.
• Liaise with buyers by email and phone about shipping timelines.
• Maintain delivery and tracking records across platforms.
• Manage shipping area and supplies, keeping stations stocked.
• Problem-solve shipping issues to ensure safe delivery.
