Job summary

Amazon UK offers an internship across multiple field-based UK locations (South West England). You’ll work in Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Hubs and Delivery Stations, gaining hands-on experience in operations and leadership engagement.

This program includes learning sessions, weekly intern office hours, relocation support, and opportunities to pursue graduate roles. You’ll develop problem-solving, teamwork and delivery-focused skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Penultimate or final year student pursuing Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or related field.
• Eligible for a full-time internship of 3–6 months.
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Completing high-priority projects to the highest standard.
• Analyzing data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement.
• Proposing and testing solutions, collaborating with the team to implement the most effective ones.
• Developing communication and teamwork skills by working with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates.
• Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams and participate in pre-briefs and flow meetings.
• Navigate the workspace and move between different areas as needed.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work various schedules and shift patterns.
• Potential relocation to the designated work location.
