Job summary

Scottish Water, based in the central Forth West area from Denny to Bo’ness via Stirling and Falkirk, is seeking a self-motivated Wastewater Treatment Operative to join the team. You will operate treatment processes, perform maintenance and fault finding, and help ensure safe, compliant wastewater services for customers.

You will drive across the area, work in a team or alone when needed, and participate in our out-of-hours standby.

Qualifications

• Full, valid driving licence required.
• Comfortable working as part of a team and on your own.
• Willing to participate in our out-of-hours service (standby).

Responsibilities

• Maintain wastewater treatment works and assets and carry out routine maintenance.
• Respond to reactive work and investigations to ensure compliance.
• Complete reporting to measure performance and support improvements.
