AtkinsRéalis UK Limited seeks a Technical Director – Wastewater Process to provide strategic leadership across our water portfolio. You will guide complex wastewater treatment, sludge management and resource recovery projects, while shaping business growth and client relationships across the UK and beyond.

You will lead senior engineers, develop new services, and ensure governance, compliance and high‑quality delivery across major programmes with industry partners and regulators.

Formación

• Degree qualified in Chemical or Process Engineering with Chartered Engineer status.
• Extensive experience in design, optimisation and delivery of wastewater treatment and resource recovery projects.
• Strong understanding of UK water industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic technical leadership across wastewater treatment and resource recovery programmes.
• Lead major bids, shape technical strategy, and drive growth in UK and international markets.
• Mentor senior process engineers and develop technical capability across the team.
• Engage with clients, regulators and technology providers to deliver high‑quality outcomes.
• Set technical direction and governance across multidisciplinary teams.
