Qualifications

• Previous supervision experience in the Waste Water Industry.
• Full UK driving license.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Excellent customer service and people management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver planning and operations.
• Manage operatives, resources, and timesheets on site.
• Ensure KPI targets are met or exceeded and maintain HSEQ compliance.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and authorities to coordinate works.
