Southern Water in Chichester is seeking a Process Technician - Electrician to maintain and repair wastewater treatment works, sludge centres, and pumping stations across multiple sites from Portsmouth to Bognor. The role is permanent, 38 hours a week, with base pay £38,247.41 to £45,896.13 per year, plus a company van with fuel card and health care cash plan.

• Level 3 NVQ Electrical qualification with certificates is required.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Undertake reactive and planned maintenance of plant and equipment.
• Install new plant and equipment as required.
• Respond to alarms and fault-find issues, fixing or escalating as needed.
• Carry out inspection and testing on electrical equipment following company procedures.
• Provide technical expertise to internal and external contractors.
• Update company systems and databases accurately and promptly.
