Job summary

Carrington West is seeking a Waste Supervisor for an initial contract opportunity in Flintshire. You will lead front-line waste and recycling operations, supervising crews, monitoring performance and ensuring safety and compliance.

Your role supports high standards of service and customer satisfaction in a busy Streetscene environment. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising waste or environmental services teams, strong leadership and communication skills, and a valid UK driving

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams within Waste, Recycling, Streetscene or Environmental Services.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• The ability to manage competing priorities within a busy operational environment.
• A good understanding of Health & Safety procedures and safe systems of work.
• Strong customer service skills and the confidence to resolve operational issues.
• A full UK Driving Licence.

Are you an experienced Waste Supervisor, Recycling Supervisor or Streetscene professional looking for your next contract opportunity?

A client of mine is seeking a Waste Supervisor to join their busy Waste & Streetscene team in Flintshire. This is an excellent opportunity to lead front-line operational teams, ensuring waste collection and recycling services are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest possible standards.

If you have experience managing operational crews, maintaining high service standards and motivating teams within a waste or environmental services environment, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

The Opportunity

As Waste Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of waste and recycling services. You'll be responsible for supervising operational crews, monitoring performance and ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with customer expectations.
