West Suffolk Council is seeking a Waste and Street Scene Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of frontline staff across West Suffolk Operational Hub and other depots. The role requires supervising a team, coordinating workloads and ensuring high-quality waste collection services.

You will need strong organisational and communication skills, experience in a busy environment, and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-pressured environment and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Proven supervisory or management experience with examples of successful outcomes.
• Ability to work with the public and in a team; good written and verbal communication skills.
