Job summary

East Suffolk Services Limited in Ufford, Woodbridge, Suffolk IP13 6ET is hiring a Refuse Loader on a permanent, full-time basis. You will load refuse, recycling, garden and food waste onto Refuse Collection Vehicles, prioritising health and safety and customer care.

The role operates a four-day week, Tue-Fri, 40 hours per week. You will also assist with in-cab technology, support drivers, and contribute to keeping streets clean and tidy.

Qualifications

• Reliable, enjoys working as part of a team and has keen awareness of health and safety.
• Don’t mind physical work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Load refuse, recycling, garden, food waste and sacks onto Refuse Collection Vehicles, prioritising health and safety and customer care.
• Assist with in-cab technology and ensure accurate, timely route information.
• Support drivers when manoeuvring the vehicle.
