Veolia Group in Runcorn is hiring a warehouse operative to support our waste management site. You will join a small team to collect waste from designated stations and manually move bins, loading them into tipper skips and balers, while operating a counterbalance forklift.

This 30-hour per week role includes early and late shifts, one weekend in three and bank holidays. We offer competitive benefits and training; you will work to maintain high cleanliness in the waste area, handle confidential

Qualifications

• Similar operational manual handling experience.
• FLT driver with qualification.
• Counterbalance up to 5,000 kg (B1).

Responsabilités

• Work as part of a team to collect waste from designation waste stations.
• Manually pulling bins and loading them in tipper skips and tipping into correct waste stream.
• Loading/unloading trailers via FLT Baling.
• Various waste streams.
• Maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness within the waste area.
• Handling and disposing of Confidential and Hazardous waste.
• Ensuring accurate completion of area logbooks.
