Essential Employment is seeking a Waste Management Operative in Rotherham, paying £13.58 per hour. This is a full time role on a temporary basis.

You will collect household and commercial waste, work as part of a crew to meet daily targets, handle containers of varying sizes, and maintain high safety and customer service standards in all weather conditions.

• Collecting household and commercial waste and recycling in line with scheduled routes
• Working effectively as part of a collection crew to meet daily operational targets
• Moving, pushing and pulling waste containers of various sizes and weights
• Operating in all weather conditions across different terrains and environments
• Following all health and safety procedures and safe systems of work at all times
• Maintaining service standards and reporting any issues or contamination as required
• Delivering a high level of customer service during public interaction
